Express Coffee Espresso Blend is a rich, chocolaty espresso coffee, fresh roasted to order in small batches by our Michigan roastery and available whole bean or pre-ground in medium or dark roast.

Sweet when enjoyed as a medium roast, deep and nutty when roasted into the darker ranges. Grab it whole bean for the freshest shot, or enjoy a hassle-free pre-ground!

Tasting notes

Rich chocolate and toasted nuts with a buttery smoothness, plus hints of brown sugar, vanilla, and a touch of spice. Heavy body with a thick, lasting crema. Balanced and complex!

Roasted on a fluid bed roaster

We roast every batch on a fluid bed (hot-air) roaster, which uses a stream of hot air to roast the beans evenly. This helps minimize bitterness and bring out more of the coffee's natural sweetness. And because we roast to order, your beans are fresh roasted when you order them, not sitting on a shelf.

How to brew it

• Espresso: Bold and creamy when brewed in an espresso machine, it shines as a straight shot or in lattes and cappuccinos.
• Whole bean: Grind right before brewing for the most flavor and crema.
• Not just for espresso machines: It also makes a bold, rich cup in a moka pot or drip coffee maker.
