All sales are final. As a made-to-order roastery, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If there is an issue with your order — such as a damaged shipment or an incorrect item — please contact us within 7 days of delivery at expresscoffeeroaster@gmail.com or use the Contact Us form on our website. Include your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll do our best to make it right.
