About Express Coffee and Roastery

At Express Coffee and Roastery, we roast every bag to order — because fresh coffee isn't a luxury, it's the standard.

We source single-origin beans from Colombia, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, and beyond, roasting each one to bring out its natural character. We also offer a range of flavored coffees, crafted with natural and artificial flavorings for those who love a little something extra in their cup.

Whether you prefer a bright Ethiopian light roast, a dark and creamy Vietnamese arabica, or a flavored blend that makes your morning, we roast it fresh when you order it.

Every batch is roasted on a fluid-bed (hot-air) roaster, which keeps bitterness low and brings out the coffee's natural sweetness.

Based in Michigan, we're proud to serve our community with coffee that's crafted with care — one roast at a time.

How to buy

Order online right here at expresscoffeeroaster.myshopify.com. We ship anywhere in Michigan; as a Michigan cottage food business, we can't sell outside the state, and we don't offer pickup. You can also find us in person at Michigan farmers markets and vendor shows.
