Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you ship?

We ship within Michigan only. Our coffee is made under Michigan's cottage food law, so we can't ship outside the state.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more.

Do you offer local pickup?

No. Online orders ship from our website. You can also buy in person at the Michigan farmers markets we attend.

Where can I buy your coffee in person?

At the Michigan farmers markets we attend.

How can I contact you?

Call or text 586-871-1744 between 9am and 9pm. If we don't answer, leave a message. You can also email us at expresscoffeeroaster@gmail.com.

How is your coffee roasted?

Every batch is roasted on a fluid bed (hot-air) roaster, which minimizes bitterness and enhances the coffee's natural sweetness.

What sizes do you sell?

A $3 sample, 1/2 lb bags, and 1 lb bags. Flavored coffees are medium grind.

Do you have a subscription?

Yes. Subscribers save 25% on recurring orders.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes. Share your referral link, and your friend gets $4 off their first order of $15 or more. After they order, you get $5 off your next order of $15 or more. The $3 sample doesn't count toward the $15.

Can I return coffee?

We don't accept returns on coffee. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you.
